ABOUT THE CLIENT
Tisak, a member of the Agrokor Concern, Croatia’s largest privately-owned company and one of the strongest companies in South-eastern Europe, the largest retail chain of newsstands and Croatia’s leading distributor of newspapers, tobacco products, pre-paid phone cards, telecom operator start-up packages and other products.
Tisak already possessed information regarding the sales of certain products. What they lacked was the customer demographics information and accurate data at what time, on which days and what products different age groups buy
Emily is an IoT solution which uses advanced photography analysis, based on mechanical learning, for demographic subject analysis.
WHAT DID WE DO?
The Emily system was installed at three sites (2 in Zagreb, 1 in Varaždin).
We analysed the age, sex and emotional states of the customers, and collected data regarding their habits in correlation with sales data at a given time at a certain site.
